Biokat's Classic consists of 3 different grain sizes: Our large grains have lots of large pores. Similar to a sponge, these pores absorb liquids and odours. Our medium grains form particularly strong clumps. Because as soon as this grain size is associated with liquids, the middle grains nestle tightly together and give the clump that moulds itself the stable hold. Our small grains increase productivity.

Absorbency

The large pores act similar to a sponge and absorb liquids quickly and targeted, which provides additional odour binding.

Clumping depth

Particularly compact clumps are formed by the middle grains. They connect to the liquid as soon as they come in contact with it and thus effectively facilitate the cleaning of the cat litter tray.

ENVIRONMENT

Since the natural clay for biocats is mined mainly in Bavaria and our production facility is located in Kelheim, we move on our delivery routes from the pit to the production even mainly within just one Federal country. The plus for the environment: a low carbon emission.

We use almost only high-quality German raw clay for all our scatters and produce Biokat's cat litter almost completely in Germany. In this way, we not only ensure German brand quality and the creation of jobs in our country, but above all short routes in the transport from the pit to the production.
