    WARUM LAMMFLEISCH NASSFUTTER MIT BROMBEEREN?

    LAMMFLEISCH hat ein günstiges Fettsäureprofil. Es ist besonders reich an n-3- und n-6-Säuren. Lendenmuskelfett vom Lamm enthält mehr mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren als das entsprechende Fett vom Rind und hat ein günstigeres Verhältnis von n-6- zu n-3-fach ungesättigten Fettsäuren von 0,9-1,8:1. Lammfleisch enthält auch mehr CLA-Säure als Rindfleisch und ist eine Quelle wertvoller Mineralien, insbesondere Kalium, Phosphor, Eisen, Zink und Schwefel. Das Fleisch ist auch eine reichhaltige Quelle von L-Carnitin, das die Fettverbrennung unterstützt. Unter den im Lammfleisch enthaltenen Mineralstoffen sind Eisen, Zink oder Selen zu nennen.
