With our training videos, professional dog trainers can learn how to turn a meal into a training session, or use the treat output for efficient, targeted training.
Give your dog treats from your dog before using the Teach & Train. If your dog calms down and shows good behavior, give them a treat from the Teach & Treat.
Training can be fun! Start giving your dog treats or dry food until they get used to taking snacks from the Teach & Treat.
For households with multiple dogs, we recommend training each dog individually. The Teach & Treat comes with over 15 training videos that provide step-by-step instructions to help you train your dogs with more confidence.
Please only use dry treats and dry food that fit in the size through the large or small openings of the feeding plates. Uniform size oval or round lining works best. Use your dog's favourite food or treat to motivate them before training.
The Teach & Treat has been developed with a quiet motor so that it can be used even with shy dogs. Give your dog food out of hand first. Then use the treats/dry food to lay a trail to the Teach & Treat. Do not activate the feed dispensing, but let your dog go to the Teach & Treat by itself. Repeat this process several times until your dog goes to the teach & treat without hesitation.
Yes, very simple: Simply remove the batteries from the Teach & Treat and wipe the device with a damp cloth. The feeding plates can be removed and cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
