With their small mouths, teeth and bellies, young cats can eat and digest less food per meal. 1. Vitality.
Your cat loves and needs regular exercise. It is exposed to a number of environmental influences and needs strong natural defences to protect it. High-quality, easily digestible food ingredients as well as some special ingredients such as the antioxidant vitamin E support the natural defences of your cat day after day. Antioxidants are important because they counteract excessive ageing processes of body cells and strengthen the immune system of your older cat.
2. Digestion.
In order to make cats feel comfortable all the way around, it requires a food that provides highly digestible protein, for example chicken, lamb or fish, as well as carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, cats need a certain type and amount of fibres such as the prebiotics FOS (fructooligosaccharides), which support digestion and contribute to a healthy digestive tract.
