How to clean the pump
Remove the pump from the bowl
Pull the power plug and remove the pump from the base of the drinking fountain. Rinse the foam filter with water or replace it before reinstalling the pump.
Disassemble the pump
Remove the blue front plate by pulling with your finger on the small tab on the side.
Remove stator
Remove the blue teardrop stator by pulling up the small tip.
Remove propeller
Pull out the propeller that is held magnetically with a fingernail. Clean the pump parts with warm water and soap and then rebuild them.
