Remove the pump from the bowl
Unplug the power plug, take off the ceramic tower and remove the pump from the base of the drinking fountain. Rinse the foam filter with water or replace it before re-inserting the pump.
Take the pump apart.
Remove the blue face plate by pulling your finger on the small tab on the side.
Remove stator
Remove the blue teardrop stator, by pulling up the small tip.
Remove propellers.
Pull out the propeller that is held magnetically with a fingernail. Clean the pump parts with warm water and soap and then reassemble.
