JBL PRONOVO ARTEMIO
Artemia salina is a small cancer found in salt lakes worldwide. It has the special property of laying eggs that can last about a year dry. When these eggs get back into salt water, the young crabs (nauplii) hatch and grow into adult crabs with a length of 1.5 cm. JBL offers eggs and culture equipment for the cultivation of salt crabs with the JBL Artemio program. The JBL PRONOVO ARTEMIO contains large, gently freeze-dried artemia crabs. They are very happy to be eaten by virtually all types of fish and also have a high nutritional value. Unlike live and frost food, there is no risk of dragging diseases or unwanted bacteria into the aquarium. A drainage of salt water in live Artemia is also not necessary for freeze-dried Artemia.
Swimming behaviour of the chunks
The JBL Pronovo Artemio "Brocken" swim on the water surface because of their buoyancy. The fish can bite smaller chunks there. Alternatively, you can press the chunks in the water a little, so that their buoyancy is reduced.
Varied diet
JBL PRONOVO ARTEMIO forms a very welcome change in the menu for both freshwater and saltwater fish. It contains only large vacuum dried Artemia crabs without additives and preservatives. This process preserves the valuable ingredients of the brine crabs.
